NY Car Accident; Defense Doesn’t Want to Settle- Attorney Gerry Oginski Explains
NY Car Accidents & Personal Injury Trial Lawyer
You think you have a great case.
You expect that if you file a lawsuit the defense will immediately call your attorney in an effort to try and settle your case. This is wishful thinking.
You believe that just because someone else was careless and caused your injuries that the defense will want to settle your case quickly.
You might be surprised to learn that the defense has no real incentive to settle your case early. There are only a few exceptions to this. There is only one real reason why the defense would want to settle your case sooner rather than later.
Watch the video to learn what that is…
Here’s a cardiac malpractice case where I was able to achieve a $6 million dollar settlement for my client: http://www.oginski-law.com/video/cardiac-malpractice-in-ny.cfm
Here’s a foot surgery case where a Westchester, NY jury awarded my client $1.55 million dollars for her pain and suffering: http://ow.ly/azKg6
