Aside from rear-end collisions, are there any other liability patterns in Florida auto accident cases?
Besides rear-end collisions, there are several patterns that we see in terms of other typical north central Florida car accidents. The primary two that we see are T-bone collisions, that happens when someone runs a red light, they drive right into a car who’s lawfully proceeding through a green light.
The second type of car accident we see very often is when someone makes a left turn right in front of somebody. Often, this involves a motorcyclist, bicycle, or sometimes even a car that they don’t see because they’re not paying attention because they’re trying
to make that left turn.
